What are those crazy buggers up to now?
Capricorns are symbolized by the goat. In astrology, there
are 2 main types of goats – the nanny goat, tethered
to the bottom of the mountain and forever stuck where he or
she is, and then there are the mountain goats, who scale the
sides of the mountains and step by step, make their way to
the top (often falling all the way down again before making
it to the top). That’s why Capricorns are ruled by their
knees and ankles – all that climbing and roughing it!
That’s why there are so many success stories with Capricorns
and disaster stories as well. ELVIS PRESLEY
is probably the most famous Capricorn of all time, and we
have certainly heard stories of his ups and downs. More recently,
R.Kelly, Kirstie Alley, Jude Law & Kate Moss have
titillated us with their dramas – drug battles, weigh
addiction, infidelity, bad man/young girl choices etc…
Let’s have a look at some celebrity goats and you’ll
see how many of them have spent time tethered and how many
have chewed through their rope and fought back to the top
of their career and back into the spotlight (and our good

What does the kick off to 2006 hold for these goat like celebs?
In January, with Venus, the planet of harmony and relationships
out of phase in Capricorn through early February, chances
are, many of these celebs will have breaks ups with their
significant others – some of which will be righted once
Venus moves direct, others which won’t.
Venus retrograde will affect Capricorns, Cancers, Taureans
and Virgos the most – so for those signs, be nice to
your partner and if you have been looking for a way out, you’ll
find it while Venus is out of phase – December 24, 2005
– February 6, 2006. However, every sign is going to
find it more difficult to get their point of view across to
their loved ones and coworkers, neighbours and acquaintances.
Venus doesn’t go out of phase very often, but when she
does…look out!
It will be interesting to see how our 2-goat couples fare
– Jude and Sienna,
Kate and Orlando –
who are both genetically blessed but are they the real deal?
Venus retrograde will sort that out – stay tuned to

Nicolas Cage’s new marriage
to his much younger bride has been under the radar so far
– we have all heard the stories and we know how commitment
phobe he is – unable to really commit to the women in
his life – so the fact that he married this girl and
had a child with her shows he is maturing and that this may
be the real deal – once again, stay tuned!
Rumours have long swirled around Denzel Washington
and his wife Paulette – rumours
of infidelity and scandal on his part – and the last
slice of scandal was that they had indeed split. All and more
will be revealed in January – probably around the New
Moon on the 14th.
Kid Rock and Cancer on again/off
again galpal Pamela Anderson will
have one last crack at getting back together around the New
Moon January 14 – it is now or never Pammy - so if you
want him back, this is the time you will get him – as
Venus out of phase and your once a year New Moon work in your
favour.
A lot of ex’s will reunite while Venus is retrograde
– don’t be surprised if Pisces Brooke
Burns and Leo ex hubby Julian McMahon
flirt with getting back together (all for the
sake of their daughter of course)…whether it works or
not remains to be seen.
Saturn, the planet of focus and discipline remains out of
phase in Leo through early April 2006, which is sure to play
games with the celebrity fire signs – Aries, Leo and
Sagittarius. Leos particularly may find that the year kicks
off very low key and it won’t be until mid-April that
they will really hit their stride – Ben
Affleck, Madonna, J Lo and the hundreds of Leo
celebs will all lay low for the first part of 2006…waiting
for a burst of energy or for a sign that it is time for them
to go out and conquer the world again. It will be interesting
to see how the early part of 2006 plays out for Sag Britney
Spears and Aries hubby Kevin Federline
– who are good matches astrologically
but don’t seem so happy in real life – he shares
a birthday with Matthew Broderick
and are watered down versions of Aries men as they are both
so close to the end of Pisces (March 21) –not strong
enough for their fiery women in the least. Venus retrograde
will sort out Britney and Kevin once and for all – that’s
why she goes out of phase – to let people really work
through their issues with each other and decide if they are
meant to be with each other or not.
Venus and Saturn retrograde together certainly signal one
thing – it’s time to work out whether or not a
relationship is the ‘right thing’ for both people
or not – the real deal or if you are just wasting time
with someone you’re not even that attracted to or suited
to. While we may not see heaps of people breaking up in January,
by the end of April, when Saturn has moved direct, we will
look back on the first 4 months of 2006 as a very interesting
chapter in celebrity break ups and make ups indeed.
